Arizona LeadingAge invites you to share your expertise in the field of aging services by submitting a proposal. We seek proposals throughout the year that demonstrate best practices, exemplify creativity, and inspire innovation in the field of aging.

Arizona LeadingAge provides the highest quality of educational sessions and networking opportunities for our members. Out events are excellent opportunities to share expertise and trends in aging services.

Submissions are accepted only by completing the form here.

Sessions are intended to educate and support learning and, therefore, presenters may not blatantly sell, promote, or pitch any specific products and/or services. In addition, Arizona LeadingAge generally does not pay presenters honoraria or reimburse expenses (e.g. travel, lodging, or photocopying).

2026 Arizona LeadingAge Conference & Expo

May 27 - 28, 2026

Conference Tracks:

  • Policy, Compliance, & Legal Issues
    • This track should address the dynamic regulatory, legal, and policy environment shaping aging services today. Topics may include state and federal compliance requirements, survey preparedness, employment and contract law, ethical decision-making, and risk management. Desired Takeaway: Attendees should leave with practical tools to maintain compliance, mitigate organizational risk, and navigate emerging policy and regulatory challenges with confidence.
  • Clinical
    • This track focuses on evidence-based care practices, interdisciplinary collaboration, and clinical leadership strategies that enhance quality outcomes. Topics may include infection prevention, medication management, behavioral health, pain management, and palliative or end-of-life care. Desired Takeaway: Participants should gain insights and strategies to improve clinical outcomes, safety, and resident quality of life across care settings.
  • Operations
    • Sessions should explore effective operational strategies that drive organizational excellence and sustainability. Topics may include leadership development, budgeting and finance, strategic planning, data analytics, and process improvement. Desired Takeaway: Attendees should gain actionable methods to optimize operations, strengthen organizational performance, and build resilience in a challenging landscape.
  • Home & Community-Based Services (HCBS)
    • This track highlights best practices and innovations that support older adults and individuals with disabilities in home and community settings. Possible topics include care coordination, workforce challenges, reimbursement models, and partnerships that promote person-centered care at home. Desired Takeaway: Participants should gain knowledge to expand, enhance, and sustain HCBS offerings that promote dignity, independence, and quality of life
  • Human Resources
    • Sessions in this track should focus on workforce development and organizational culture. Topics may include recruitment and retention strategies, leadership development, employee engagement, DEI initiatives, workforce wellness, and HR compliance.
      Desired Takeaway: Attendees should leave with strategies to build, inspire, and retain a skilled, mission-driven, and engaged workforce.

  • Technology
    • This track explores innovative technologies and digital strategies transforming aging services. Topics may include artificial intelligence, data analytics, EHR optimization, telehealth, cybersecurity, and digital communication tools. Desired Takeaway: Participants should learn how to evaluate, implement, and leverage technology to enhance care delivery, operational efficiency, and resident engagement.

  • Sales & Marketing
    • Sessions in this track should focus on effective strategies to strengthen census, elevate brand awareness, and build authentic connections with consumers. Topics may include digital marketing, referral relationship management, customer experience, and storytelling in senior living. Desired Takeaway: Attendees should gain creative, measurable approaches to growing their organization’s visibility, reputation, and market reach.
  • Alzheimer's & Dementia
    • This track is dedicated to advancing person-centered care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. Topics may include innovative care models, staff education, family engagement, and environmental design to support cognitive well-being. Desired Takeaway: Participants should acquire practical tools and compassionate approaches to improve the quality of life and care outcomes for individuals living with dementia.
