This summit is built for leaders and key staff who are looking for fresh ideas and key ahas... Here's what you'll get:

Words Matter: The New Senior Living Experience with Lola Rain

Every word we say sends a message. Some words build trust and deepen connection. Others create distance and disengagement. This session explores how language impacts experience, culture, and census. You’ll walk away with a roadmap for using language intentionally to drive higher occupancy.

Come learn how language:

  • Shapes first impressions
  • Elevates sales and marketing messages
  • Signals dignity and belonging in everyday interactions
  • Influences resident engagement
  • Helps staff feel proud of their work and connected to a shared sense of purpose

Leads to Leases to Loyalty: Creating Habits That Build Connection with Christie Freeze

Trust in senior living isn’t built in a single interaction. It’s built through consistent, human connection over time. This session introduces the Leads to Leases to Loyalty framework, helping sales and marketing professionals shift from transactional follow-up to intentional habits that build confidence, clarity, and trust with prospects and families.

Drawing from real-world senior living experience, Christie Freeze shares how small, repeatable habits, especially personalized communication and video, can create psychological proximity when physical proximity isn’t possible. Attendees will learn how to reduce decision fatigue, replace scripted outreach with meaningful connection, and turn everyday touchpoints into moments that strengthen relationships.

This session blends mindset and practical application, equipping participants with simple, sustainable strategies they can use immediately. The goal is not more outreach, but better habits that create connection, drive conversion, and foster long-term loyalty.

From Bootcamp to Breakthrough: A simple plan to bring the best ideas home! Prioritize, roll-out, and implement what you have learned with Jami Van Gysel

You’re walking out of this Summit with a toolbox full of powerful sales and marketing ideas, proven tactics, fresh perspectives, and real-world wins you can’t wait to try. But let’s be honest: the hardest part isn’t learning it… it’s implementing it once you’re back in the day-to-day. This closing session ties the entire Summit together and helps you organize everything you’ve heard into a clear, focused plan. We’ll connect the dots across the speakers and themes, then distill the “best of the best” into a simple framework so you can decide what to do first, what to do next, and what can wait without losing momentum or overwhelming your team.

Growth matters. Learning matters. But the real magic happens when you can translate what you’ve learned into action and turn good ideas into a strategy your team can execute. You’ll leave with practical steps to prioritize the vital few, roll out changes in a way that sticks, and builds buy-in from both leadership and your frontline team. If you’re tired of leaving conferences inspired but coming home to the same results, this session is your bridge from notes to outcomes. This Bootcamp doesn’t end just as great content, but becomes real progress in occupancy, revenue, referrals, and results.

Will you be joining us for this content-packed program?

This summit is not a typical "sit-and-listen" session - it's designed for leaders who are responsible for real-world outcomes. You'll leave with tools, insights and practical next steps your team can implement immediately.
