This one's for the people doing the human side of care every day. We're also excited to welcome Geri Gadgets, whose founder will share an incredibly simple, inexpensive tool that's making a real difference for communities working with residents living with dementia.

And because you can't talk about the future of this work without talking about HR1 — we've brought in our friends from AHCCCS the Rural Health Grant Transformation program, and the Governor's Office to break down what's actually coming. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

• Registrations are fully transferable. Transfers must be submitted via email Gemenie Babb no later than 48 hours prior to the session.
• A full refund will be given to all cancellations received 10 or more business days prior to the program.
• A $30 administrative fee will be charged to all cancellations received six to nine business days prior to the program.
• No refunds will be given to cancellations received five or fewer business days prior to the program.
